Dugri / Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use Dugri and its website. Dictation by voice is itself an alternative to the keyboard, and we try to make the site and the app accessible too.

  • Last updated: October 12, 2026
  • Target level: WCAG 2.1 AA

1Our commitment

Dugri sees accessibility as part of service quality. The Site and the Software are adapted, subject to the limitations below, to the requirements of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

Our target level is WCAG 2.1 level AA, on which the Israeli Standard SI 5568 is based. This statement is our own internal assessment and is not a certification by an outside body.

2Adjustments made

  • Semantic structure: headings in hierarchical order, marked page regions, and the page language and reading direction (Hebrew right to left, English left to right) set correctly.
  • Full keyboard navigation, a logical focus order, a clear focus ring, and a "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
  • Colour contrast that meets the AA ratio, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
  • Text that can be enlarged up to 200% without loss of content, and a layout that adapts to narrow screens including mobile.
  • Respect for the operating-system settings for reduced motion and reduced transparency.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and links whose text describes their destination.
  • In the Software: keyboard navigation, a visible focus ring, accessible labels (aria) on controls and icon buttons, suitable contrast, and a full right-to-left Hebrew interface.

3Known limitations

We are aware that not everything is fully accessible yet:

  • The explainer video on the Site carries its message in on-screen text, with no narration and no separate captions or audio description. We are considering adding a full transcript.
  • Demonstration animations on the Site are disabled or reduced when the operating system asks for reduced motion, but some areas may not be fully covered.
  • The Software was tested mainly with a keyboard and has not so far been tested with all common screen readers. Some areas may not be read out perfectly.
  • The checkout page and the customer portal are run by Polar, a third party we do not control.
  • We have not yet had an accessibility audit by a certified outside party.

4Service and adjustments

The Service is mostly provided online. If you run into an accessibility barrier, write to us and we will help you complete the purchase, installation and use in a way that suits you, or provide the information in an alternative format.
